Administrative and management support is steady through the year with defined deadlines for activities and tasks like annual reports, AGM, and board meetings.

Conversely, projects and events ebb and flow seasonally. Each SCS project or event has a dedicated lead. It is expected that the ED will meet with those leads at intervals relative to the needs of the project/event. The SCS annual calendar provides an overview of the year’s activities for general planning purposes.
